Adults Ages 17- 65: $289
Children under 5 years old: $199
Children 5-16 years: $199
Seniors 65+ years: $239
Group Rates
Couples: $550
Family (up to 5 members) $1200

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
