Pocket Reduction Surgery

When gum tissue surrounding root is too thick creates the deep peiodontal pocket due to bacteria plaque build up and inflammation.  The pocket is too far under the gumline to access for clean and maintain.  Conventional gum therapy such as scaling and root planning and maintenance cleaning are insufficient.  Surgery to reduce the gum thickness is recommend to a manage and maintain healthy gum.
